Being engaged is suppose to be one of the most wonderful times of a person's life... and yet it seems even in the happiest of moments someone or something is still trying to bring us down...

It is so very easy to become frustrated and angry with those we "love," but what does having a true Biblical love mean during frustrating times?

In a world that is crying, "It's all about me," it is hard for Christians not to get sucked into this way of thinking...

Today we have invented many different meanings of the word love, associating it with food, with crushes, and even sports teams... but real love is so much more, and so much harder... yet God tells us the greatest commandment is to love Him with all of our heart, all of our soul, and all of our mind...

Have you ever prayed to God for something, only to be left wondering if God was even listening?

Sometimes it seems our relationship with God is at a stand still, that we're not improving, or that God's just not there for us... sometimes it's easy for us to feel like giving up and moving on...

Today's devotion is not one of political correctness, or even one of encouragement... instead today we need to take a serious look at our own views, and how we perceive others. Our lives have been filled with many different blessings, but yet we continue to want more and more. This Christmas season, take time to reflect on the blessings you have been given, instead of those you haven't...

Many things try to come back into our lives, some are healthy, but many are not. Yet we open our lives to them, and immediately fall back to our old ways...

Everyone has someone in their life that drives them crazy... someone who is annoying, who doesn't get your jokes, who bugs you about stupid stuff. How do you treat this person, and are you reflecting God's Love?

Everyday we see the word "love," one of the most abused words in the dictionary. People tell us how much they love this, or love that, or even love each other... but what does love really mean, or should we say, what is love?

Have you ever had an argument with someone, and told them they are being "Unreasonable?" Do you walk away from arguments frustrated? Do you really listen to what the other person is saying?

Today is the 6th year anniversary of the September 11th World Trade Center attacks, a day filled with loss, and that was completely unexpected. Today's devotion is based on remembrance of those who have passed, and on remembering those who are still in our lives today.
1 Corinthians 3:19
[19] For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
Proverbs 3:5-6
[5] Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. [6] In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
1 Corinthians 1:25
[25] Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
