Mormon Jesus a Polygamist?
Mormonism teaches that Jesus was married at Cana and had sex with Mary, Martha, and "the other Mary":
It will be borne in mind that once on a time, there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and on a careful reading of that transaction, it will be discovered that no less a person than Jesus Christ was married on that occasion. If he was never married, his intimacy with Mary and Martha, and the other Mary also whom Jesus loved, must have been highly unbecoming and improper to say the best of it. Journal of Discourses v4 p257, Orson Hyde
Mormonism teaches that Jesus was crucified because of his doctrine of polygamy:
The grand reason of the burst of public sentiment in anathemas upon Christ and his disciples, causing his crucifixion, was evidently based upon polygamy.... A belief in the doctrine of a plurality of wives caused the persecution of Jesus and his followers. Journal of Discourses v1 p346, Jedediah M. Grant, 1853
Mormonism teaches that Jesus practiced polygamy:
Yes, [polygamy is] one of the relics of Adam, of Enoch, of Noah, of Abraham, of Isaac, of Jacob, of Moses, David, Solomon, the Prophets, of Jesus, and his Apostles. Journal of Discourses v11 p328, Brigham Young, 1867
Mormonism teaches that Jesus had wives and children:
The Scripture says that He, the Lord, came walking in the Temple, with His train; I do not know who they were, unless His wives and children; but at any rate they filled the Temple, and how many there were who could not get into the Temple I cannot say. This is the account given by Isaiah, whether he told the truth or not I leave everybody to judge for himself. Journal of Discourses v13 p309, Brigham Young, 1870
Mormonism teaches that Jesus was married at Cana, had children, was married to Mary, Martha, and others:
Jesus was the bridegroom at the marriage of Cana of Galilee.... We say it was Jesus Christ who was married, to be brought into the relation whereby he could see his seed, before he was crucified. ... [Jesus] had Mary, and Martha, and several others, as wives.... Journal of Discourses v2, Orson Hyde, 1854
