Have You Accepted God's Gift of Love, Salvation through His Son Jesus Christ? Tell Me More

Tasks and Privileges

Our lives are filled with daily tasks, and sometimes even our Christian activities can become things we "just do." With all the work that surrounds us, and with our busy lives, how can we keep our focus on God and on our blessings...
Let Us Be Thankful

Thanksgiving was a time to remember all of the blessings we have received; our families, our friends, even our material possessions. But as we enter the Holiday season, let us continue to be thankful for the gifts we have received, and for the greatest blessing of all, the price God paid so that we may be free from the bonds of sin.
Love Yourself

As Christians we consistently fail to meet God's expectations, and even our own. And more often then not, the more we fail, the less we think of ourselves and what God is doing through us...
Burnt Out?

There is so much to do, and so little time. We work, and we work, and eventually we wear ourselves out...
Taste and See

Tells about the need to do daily devotions for one's self in order to see God's word at work in one's life.
Blueprints

Building a house takes time, materials, and blueprints. The same goes with building a Christian, without the right blueprints a house, or a Christian can become unsteady and easily be shattered.
Hating God by Hating Others?

You cannot hate your brother, and claim to know God. Yet many Christians hold grudges, and if they are not handled properly, these grudges tear people apart, and allow hatred to grow.
1 John 1:10
[10] If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
John 14:15
[15] If ye love me, keep my commandments.
Matthew 22:37-38
[37] Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. [38] This is the first and great commandment.
James 4:7
[7] Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Romans 5:8-10
[8] But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. [9] Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. [10] For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
